Winter Rain

As the weather begins to change, and the clouds roll in, a winter storm begins to brew. By the break of dawn, a blanket of dense fog has moved into the valley. In calm of the early morning, a silent rain begins to fall, bringing with it new life. As the light sprinkle turns to heavy rain, the world begins to take shelter. Animals scurry for the trees and people hurry indoors. Roads clear out, leaving only a few adventurous souls in a world of silence. A pure bliss can be found in these moments; found amid the clamor of doors closing, people rushing by, and puddles splashing as cars travel home.
